Roast My Resume provides digital resume review, writing, and related career services.
Because our service may begin processing your resume shortly after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has begun.
When a refund may be considered
Please contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase
- you were charged incorrectly
- a technical problem prevented you from receiving the service you purchased
- your purchased service was never delivered
- another billing or fulfillment error occurred
We may review other refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Change of mind
Once resume analysis, rewriting, or another purchased digital service has begun, we generally do not provide refunds solely because you changed your mind or decided not to use the completed service.
Roast + Rewrite finalization
Roast + Rewrite allows you to continue editing your draft with Rory before finalization.
Once you choose to finalize your resume, the final version is locked and provided in PDF and Word formats.
Finalizing a resume does not create an additional refund right.
Free repeat promotion
If your purchase includes a promotional free future use, the promotional redemption has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund.
Any free repeat must follow the promotion terms shown at the time of purchase.
